Sunday Blessings “When Head and Heart Meet”

Dear beloved ones that walk with me here,

This quiet Sunday, as the light softens across my little prayer corner, my eyes rest on this simple figure I once painted cross-legged, still, surrendered. A heart in the head. A heart in the chest. A gentle reminder that the truest blessings come when what we know and what we feel finally breathe in the same rhythm.

There are days when my head rushes ahead of grace, planning, solving, worrying and other days when my heart carries the whole world inside it, aching, open, unsure where to place its tenderness. But then there are moments like this moment that arrive like a whisper - that brings both back into alignment.

I sit with the image and I remember:

God is always drawing us into union not just with Him, but within ourselves.

He invites us to walk as whole people held, healed, integrated so that His peace can flow freely through every part of us. The heart softens the mind. The mind steadies the heart. And in the middle, His love becomes the bridge.

So today, I bless you with that same harmony.

May your thoughts be led by compassion.

May your feelings be held by wisdom.

May your prayers rise from a place where both are heard.

And may you find rest in knowing that God meets you exactly where your inner worlds connect.

Sit for a moment if you can.

Let your breath widen.

Let your spirit settle.

And let the blessing of this day find you quietly, completely, beautifully.

And if you are prompted to open your journal;

Use this prompt to find where in your life is God gently inviting your head and heart to meet again?

Take a moment to write about the place within you that longs for alignment what your mind knows, what your heart feels, and how God may be drawing these two into harmony today.

With warmth and a heart open to grace,

Lisa Raie xox
