Faith has and will always be very important to me.
Being able to find creativity in a sacred act such as prayer has helped me to heal in quiet moments.
this pastel drawing was created after meditating on the words of St Therese of Lisieux around suffering.
The Rosary & Its Beads
Being able to pray the rosary daily has deepened my faith as well as the connection to my great grandmother .
The rosary prayer gives hope. And it is that hope that deserves a place to breathe and it is what this piece speaks so wonderfully as i look at it, again and again. The fingers and hand holding the top of the rosary chain has a serenity within it as the other beads cascade down the arm.
