A Sunday Letter

I trust you are well and rejoicing in mind, soul, and body, despite the many trials that many of us, our friends and families, communities and world is facing right now.
Yes, I open up hoping you are rejoicing even if you are facing trials because what I am learning to be true more and more everyday that when we can rejoice in our sorrows and sufferings we can then rejoice when celebrations and good times find us and our communities and even our world.
Finding hope and encouragement allows us to build strength and resilience so we can step forward each and every day with gratitude and blessings for ourselves and each other.
But how do we find hope and encouragement when we are stepping through trials of fire and darkness.
I hope over the next few weeks to let you feel more hopeful and encouraged with my new Sunday letters over on Substack (as linked below).
This moment is your invitation to stop and just let my words of thought and prayer help support you to find little pockets throughout your day to be still and know that to stop and rest, breathing in and out ~ feeling your heartbeat is all you need.
We all need to stop and simply be, so I hope you will comeback to this letter many times this week to find the stillness you need to gain greater hope and encouragement.
As you are reading these final words, let us take a deep breath in knowing that this moment is giving us much needed rest and peace. As you breathe that next breath out, know that last breath in has helped us step again. Now breathe deeply in again this still time filling ourselves up with rest and peace AND yes breathe out knowing that in a moment’s time we will stand up and again busy ourselves with life and all its things.
Finally my friends, I invite you to accept this prayer to carry you forward in this brand new week that is beginning:
“May God go before you this day, and make the crooked places straight.
May He lead you in the paths of righteousness.
May He grant you grace and peace for all your life’s encounters, and renew your strength like eagles.”
Amen 🙏
If you’d like more of these letters sent direct to your inbox ~ I will see you each Sunday over on substack.
Wishing you an abundance of blessings, love and light.
